Windows 98 is becoming unstable. Is it possible for me to delete Windows 98 and reinstall it from DOS?
Yes, but reformat your hard disk first. Before you do this, make sure you have a bootable floppy disk containing drivers that enable you to access the CD-ROM drive, and test that it works. See tip, Making a bootable floppy disk.
